DUPLEX IN SCHAERBEEK

This third-floor apartment occupies a former printing works building in Brussels. The client sought to open up the attic space above, exposing and celebrating the original timber roof structure while creating a functional mezzanine.

To achieve this, we reinforced the existing columns with on-site poured reinforced concrete, ensuring structural integrity while preserving the building's industrial heritage. The result is a light-filled, loft-like residence that honors its past.
